Ignite is primarily a digital workshop. Some referral rewards (hoodies, diaries, stickers) are shipped physically — this policy covers those.
Where we ship
India-wide. International shipping is not currently supported.
Delivery time
Rewards ship within 15 business days of unlocking, via a standard courier partner.
Damaged or lost items
Contact shipping@enginow.in within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it.
